Good if you need a budget laptop for your kids to do their homework or school project with a little bit of browsing, watching videos, etc. But don’t run any heavy programs on it or open 8-10 browser tabs as it will slow down.
If you are looking for a cheap Dell laptop for everyday tasks like browsing and streaming then this Inspiron model is one to be considered. That’s because it costs around $400 but at the same time has an i3 CPU and only 4GB RAM.
Decent battery life though can it gives around 5-6 hours with movie streaming and even more if you are only browsing. Plus, it has a 720p webcam and mic for clear video calls with loved ones and meetings.
The display is only 720p but for the price, it delivers good colors and contrast. It is also light and easy to carry around in a backpack or handbag.
